CrossFit Kids is a strength-and-conditioning program that is specifically designed for children and teenagers and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded.
CFWF Kids (5yrs – 12yrs) runs on the Thursday afternoon 3.40pm – 4.30pm. CFWF Teens (11yrs-17yrs) are on a Monday & Wednesday afternoons 3:30-4:30pm. The Kids & Teens sessions runs based on the school terms and break for the holidays. We offer a Free trial sessions for all kids and teens. Fitness is for all ages.
